The Hour of Twilight (Andrew Ochtinsky's conflicted copy 2016-11-01)
-Severin Silrajin, Grand Wyrmspeaker of the Cult of the Dragon
It is the Year of the Warrior Princess, 1489 by the Dale Reckoning calendar, and Faerun is weary of war, conflict, and the Era of Upheaval. The last century has seen the birth and death of gods, the shattering of kingdoms, and the Sundering of the very Weave of magic itself. Through the last generation, much that was lost has been refound, though perhaps in a different form, and not without great cost to life and the legacy of the ages. In the streets of Her cities, and in the rolling grain of Her fields, the common folk return to hopeful normality, in the high towers of the sages and scholars, there is concern. Read in the winds of a summer that was perhaps too hot, and in the portents of a winter that may be as harsh as any in living memory, in the birth of strange calves and the ripples that pass across the Weave... something is coming.

Setting Information
- Neverwinter; A once prosperous merchant city in the far north of Faerun on the Sword Coast, Neverwinter is rebuilding after a generation of war and strife. Ruled by the Lord Protector Dagult Neverember, this city has served as the launching point of many successful (and far more dramatically short and unsuccessful) ventures into the wilds of the Savage North
- Phandalin; A human city once located northeast of Leilon, where the road that ran from the High Road to Triboar Trail faded into a trail. Once a wealthy and prosperous city under the aegis of the Phandelver Pact, it was raided by orcs in 951 DR and subsequently abandoned. Recently, settlers from the North and the Sword Coast have begun resettling the ruins and reclaiming the ancient mines of the pact, hoping to find the hidden gate of the Phandelve.
